David P. Hill
David’s career spans over 50 years of engineering design and development of new international project rollouts. He has extensive experience in machine manufacturing processes and analytical process development, and improvement. He has created an organization to develop and build detailed equipment for the non-wovens and family care businesses for major companies.
David P. Hill II
Paul has over 35 years of experience in machine manufacturing and installations of machine upgrades. He is versed in the machining industry training and operational support management of CNC machine processes. He manages and schedules all workflow through a ERP system to provide deliverables on a timely schedule.
Stephen Sumner
As a manufacturing engineer at DP Hill, I apply my 20 years of experience in machining and design to optimize the production processes and quality standards of the company. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and use data-driven methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste. I also have extensive knowledge of various CAD/CAM software and CNC machines, which I use to design, program, and run parts for different industries.

Brittany Kennedy is a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience spanning manufacturing sales, material purchasing, retail management, customer service, and front-end operations. Known for her strong work ethic and relationship-focused approach, she has built a career balancing organization, leadership, and hands-on problem solving across both corporate and small business environments. In her manufacturing career, Brittany has developed expertise in customer relations, order management, pricing coordination, vendor communication, and material sourcing. Her ability to manage fast-paced operations while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail has made her a dependable leader and team player. Her background in retail and waitressing further strengthened her communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to creating positive customer experiences.

Carlos’s career spans over forty-eight years of success in the implementation of high-tech industrial automation projects. He has strong technical qualifications in the electrical and mechanical areas with a special focus on Packing Machine Design, Line Reliability, Product Quality and Rate Improvements. He is very skillful in dealing with people's natural rejection to technological changes in their work environment. He has good finance and administration background contributing to surpassing projects targets in profitability and productivity.
